I came across these videos from NM9P and they REALLY helped me to get my audio right on my 6400. I am sure they have been posted here before, but it has been a while and I have seen several posts lately that would have benefited from them.
Adjusting the 6000 for the Standard Hand Mike, or any new mike

Full Duplex Monitoring on Flex 6000 Series

The trick for looking at your signal using full duplex is genius! There is some overlap among these videos, but I got a lot out of watching them all. It has me thinking more in terms of the capabilities of the Flex 6000 series, and less about my experience with analog rigs. I never thought I would come close to using full duplex!

Yes, thank you for shining a little light on these. Ken does a super job.
Now that we all have more opportunity for a bit more time in the shack, getting up to speed on the capabilities of a FlexRadio transceiver is a great idea. But get some items on your "XYL-do" list done first.
