    How do I request a repair ticket?, please.

    Flex-3000 -Serial number 4309-0282. Powers-up fine but 'Powersdr' does not recognise the device. different firewire cables/computers/Win7 and win10 tried, without success. Probably a hardware problem, as it worked ok before.I need to request a 'Repair Ticket' but I don't know how to open one. Your advice will be much appreciated.
