Hi people.what are those stripes on the waterfall? watch from 0.58 seconds, there are even more bands. This is on all ranges (40 meters less than 20 meters). Antenna HY GAIN av-640 vertical. On the usual dipole 40 meters this is not observed.

Looks like a noise source that may or may not be generated in your shack, Easy way to check is to pull off the coax connector going to the antenna and see if most of them go away or have a station in your general area look at his spectrum.
BUT it really looks like a noisy power supply or a wall wart, Plasma TV, computer monitor really anything with a switching power supply in your house or a close neighbors, It could be a furnace, washer or dryer that has a variable speed motor, very poor quality Floresent LED 110V / 220v light bulbs etc etc etc, you will just have to start by running the radio from a battery source and turn EVERYTHING off in your house usually at the breaker box and if it goes away then turn them on (1) one at a time and watch the noise to come back up
sooner or later you will HOPEFULLY find the noise generator and be able to Replace it, if it's your neighbors device causing it then GOOD LUCK .
