RFI Finger Print and the Solution

Attached is a Screen Dump of the RFI Signature and the Solution.
I have been searching (off and on) for over 2 years for the RFI.
The RFI was much broader than the Picture I am showing here.
It went from 14 Mhz to over 30 Mhz. An interesting part of the
signature is that each Spike had 2 small peaks and they would
switch back and forth at around 120 times per minute as best
I could count.
I finally solved it by putting one of the 28 Mhz frequency's in my
HT and went walking around the neighborhood.

My neighbor was very helpful by switching off breakers. It was
kinda elusive though.... It was under a bunch of stuff in the garage
and left plugged in. The RFI was active regardless of it having a
battery in it or not.
I do not want to imply that all Hitachi battery chargers are bad.
This is just one that went dirty.
My Neighbor now has a Brand New Top of the Line Cordless Drill
and charger.... My Gift..
73's and I hope this might help someone find a similar problem
