On Version 2.4.9 CAT wont start up

The CAT program in V2.4.9 Will not start on a new install on a PC.  I have tried to install another version and still not luck


Any Thoughts

    I went in and reinstalleled the vsp and all started back to life. It is a 6600

    I am using v2.6.1 for several months with no problems. You should do the free upgrade.

     Yea, Do the free 2.61. Works great. I'm happy you fixed your issue.
