Spot Collector

Hi all
It's probably ageing (fine on wine, not necessarily on me ) but I cannot find the link where to download the Spot Collector feature which I just discovered, and would love to install.
On that page where I expect to find the download https://www.flexradio.com/downloads/spots-feature-description-pdf/
Whether I click on any of the links out of this page, I get the pdf file explaining what it is aboiut, but not the actuial download.
The answer is probably easy, but I have not EURAKA it yet !

    Spot Collector is part of the DXLab suite of software. Highly recommended. Google DXLab and live happily ever after!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
