Using  Maestro,Desktop and Multiflex v 3.18 for traffic net. My Buddy is on his Maestro remote connected to my 6300 at my home, I am on my desktop at home at the same time on LAN. We would like to hear  each other when transmitting. It helps if he is net control and he has traffic  for me. I tried using my Iphone on my  LAN also with no results.

As far as i know, this does not work..  we tried a few times too. maybe you could try to hook into his TX audio stream or his rx stream when he uses monitor on.. just guessing

This monitoring your QSO partner on MultiFlex issue has not been fixed as far as I can tell. There are a handful of us that have made mention of it here. According to Flex it is a supported feature in MultiFlex but there are several of us out here that have yet to be able to make it work. Any guidance from Flex would be appreciated.

This is the only reason both I and my buddy bought 3.18. He is in a restricted community . I can see him on my desktop running same 6300 transmitting and he can see me transmitting   but we cannot hear each other at any level. I fired up the 6600 to hear  him but I do not believe this is the way to go.

Yep. I know. It’s frustrating. I have to use my 6400 on another antenna to communicate with him on my 6600. Problem is these two separate antennas are 100 feet apart and we can only use 1 to 2 watts out to prevent front end over load. What we want to do is use the same rig and same antenna and talk to some other hams together and use the full 100 watts out off the 6600m together but we can’t. I would think this would be eventually resolved.

I have not use multiplex for a second op, I use it for skimming. Only receive needed. What you explaining though (working a couple of QSOs together) really would be a killer feature to train new hams... Andy KU7T
