CAT won't connect

SmartSDR 3.1.8 and Maestro both connect to my remote 6700 just fine, and DAX 3.1.8 connects when using either, but CAT 3.1.8 will not. Says "There are currently no radios available" It worked yesterday, but I can't see what changed. Complete reboot of PC had no effect. Have not tried re-install or using local LAN at remote site yet.

Review of previous conversations did not find solution. Has anyone else seen this and fixed it?

Update: All 3 apps connect via local LAN, so it must be a SmartLink issue. What should I try?

I had the same problem worked fine the day before had to reassign CAT for FT8, looks like an MS update may have messed it up.

I can't reassign CAT ports if I can't connect to the radio. Both the PC at the remote site (which connects fine to CAT)  and the remote PC at my home (which, via SmartLink, does not connect to CAT)  are running Windows 10 1909 18.363476 updated on 6 Dec 2019.

Next is to try uninstall then re-install of SmartSDR?

Finally figured it out.  Not sure why, but CAT had somehow 'unremembered' the SmartLink logon, so when SmartSDR connected, DAX automatically connected, but CAT did not.  Once I logged into SmartLink manually from the CAT screen, it now comes up with SmartSDR along with DAX.  Three tries now, three successes. Fingers crossed.
