Noise - 80-75m - what is it?

This noise streak seems to leisurely rise through the frequencies and then back down again. Does anyone have any idea of what it is?

What is the best way to filter it out?

I have the same thing. Best I’ve seen reference to is solar panel noise. Haven’t been able to confirm but I know if at least two installations in my neighbor hood0

It is a switching mode power supply and likely a wall wart that is plugged in somewhere in your house. The only way to find the noise is with a direction finding antenna or to unplug each wall wart or switching power supply separately. 73 Mack W4AX Alpha Team0

If you use a sat-tv receiver with a multiswitch, try to pull the ac-plug of the multiswitch.

I run my radios off of batteries - Can it still pick up a wall wort?0

Yes, you can.
If the wall charger emits spurious RF, it can be radiated via the house AC Wiring and/or from the cord that connects to the equipment it is charging. it will travel to your antenna just like any other RF signal.
There are MANY different miniature switching supplies that power battery chargers, modems, routers, TVs, computers, and just about any other electronic device in your house. They can be a real nuisance to track down. And there ius almost always more than one source of this interference. I have a cordless telephone system with 6 extensions. ALL SIX have wall warts. ALL SIX transmit on a slightly different frequency. They all converge in one SSB bandwidth on Six Meters! Wouldn't you know it is next to one of my favorite frequencies....
