Flex 6300 receiver is scanning

I messed up and improperly shut down a 6300 by turning off the PS first. Now slice A receiver is scanning and I can’t stop it. Any suggestions?

    Are you using a Yaesu mic with scanning buttons?

    Yes,  remove the mic from the front panel,  see if the issue goes away .   Some times the reset helps odd issues or just removing the DC from the radio and restarting ..    Try removing the mic first.
