    I ordered my PGXL in July of 2017 with a $1000 deposit and still no idea when it will arrive.
    So how do you guys get yours? I've called but just get a delivery guess.

    I'm not on the posted list, but ordered moine in late May, 2017 and received mine 2 weeks ago.  Things are moving more quickly in the last 2 months.

    Yes, I also got the Antenna Genius Switch.
    However I can't get either to work. And have started a ticket.
    The problem I believe is with the IQ Router assigning ip addresses.  I don't know how to change the ip's of the PGXL or AG.

    Have you downloaded PGXL Utility and configured it?

    Yes    The utility doen't connect, but the "operating app" as I call it does and the amp is working ok now.

    However I am having the same issue with the Antenna Genius....the app doesn't connect.

    The PC IP address must be on the same segment as the amp. So if the PC is 192.168.1.?? then the amp needs to be on that segment. Do you have a DHCP server on your network? Such as a router? Or are you bridging the network through the PC Wireless connection? Hope this helps.

    To the group-I ordered mine after Dayton in May, 2017.  MANY TIMES a thought about buying another amp and grew frustrated about the long wait.  I hung in there.  GLAD I DID.  With little exception this is as good as advertised.  To those waiting, don't give up the wait was worth it.  It's a beast!!

    Ordered mine in August 2017.
    No sign of the amp , mails to Flex sales remain unanswered...
    I wonder why they put me on "hold"....??

    Danny, you’ve posted before that you ordered early on and never received a response to your queries.  I understand your frustration.  As a last resort, maybe you should open a ticket to get your PG XL order status. 

    I think you’ll be quite happy with your XL when it arrives, as I was with mine!

    I was contacted and made the payment on 9/20/19.   My amp is scheduled to ship next week.
