    Hi Michel - Best Practice would be to PURCHASE ONLY (don't install it if you don't want to) Version 3.

    With your new Version 3 license as provisioned in your radio you are allowed to use any prior version.  So at that point download and install Version 2.51 (or v 2.49 if you wanted).  This way you complete your Version 1.11.12 to Version 2.x.x desires.

    The cost of an upgrade is the same and I don't think there is a legacy Version 2 ONLY direct upgrade path.

    Or course you could skip Version 2.x.x completely and go right to Version 3, provided Version 3 fits your plans.  Again the cost is the same.
