Is there any additional features with SmartSDR v3.0.27 over v2.51 other than the multi user function option?

multiFlex is the main difference, as FRS decided to share-downwards most of the other improvements to 2.5.1

Now please remember that v3.0 is the starting point for the v3 improvement cycle, so anticipation that the spread in features between v2.5.1 and upcoming v3.x releases will change things. The spreading between them in July 2019 is as close as they will be.
Other than bug fixes v2.5.1 looks to be the endpoint for v2 development.
