2.5.1 sdrcat Won't Connect

I had this issue when I first moved to 2.5.1 and now it is back and does not seem to clear up.  I'm not sure why it started working last time this happened.

When I fire up Smart SDR, it connect fine as well as DAX, but CAT says that "Station FLEX-6600M is not connected. Start FLEX-6600M or choose another station from the list."

Any ideas on how to get it to connect.  The other two programs seem to have no problem connecting.
