cw transmit issues

After upgrading my 6500 to v3.0.27 I noticed when I transmit CW my signal now looks like this in the waterfall. I am pretty sure it did not look like this before the upgrade. This was 2 watts. With the amp it wipes out the entire waterfall.FDX is off. This was using a preset in CWX.
Do I have something set wrong? Any help, ideas and suggestions would be great.image

    I've sometimes fixed ratty looking transmit by resetting the radio, holding the power key on boot until it turns white instead of green. Always back up your profiles.
