SSDR to mute sound card in TX?

Can SSDR provide muting of the sound card on transmit?  With SSDR running, on occasion I have the sound card playing audio from the internet.  On transmit, I'd like for that secondary audio to be muted.  Any way to do that?

    That is an interesting idea. I too often have Pandora playing over Sonos speakers in the shack. Zero problem when doing digital modes but not so with SSB. Ditto with the speaker phone. Would be neat automation to ratchet back the playback when keyed to transmit - and to force an input mute on any other microphone or telephone. 73 Steve K9ZW

    Yes, that's the exact situation.  And sometimes I have a remote 2 meter rig running with different software on the same computer.
