"Radio registration unsuccessful, could not access Smatrlink server"

Trying to register to Smartlink. I go in via google account ok but when I click register I get "Radio registration unsuccessful, could not access Smatrlink server". Flex 6400M works fine with windows 10. Trying to get signed up to play with the remote. Thanks for any help, Chris Walker K5AV

    Drop google and try connecting. I had the same problem when I tried to register via Facebook.

    Thanks Doug! I just now tried with FB and same response. So I created a new login and password. Still get the same message. huh?  Maybe I need to open a ticket. Radio works perfectly with my computer... Thank again, de K5AV
