PGXL Tilt Bail?

Looking at Flex's Dayton dinner sign-up email I think I see the back view of a PGXL tilted up.  Does the amp have a tilt-bail?

  I had one for a couple of months and it did not have one at that time. I could not find anything on the flex site that indicated it had one either!

  It would be nice if 4o3A or Flex did add that feature but if not, (and you don't mind drilling into your $7k amp), you can buy one here:
