Dax driver error - Dax IQ 1 and Dax IQ 2 have the error. Don't show up in device manager. I have uninstalled numerous times - also did the manual uninstall and install that Tim has posted and other users have mentioned. I have a Flex 6600M - All RX Streams are good. IQ streams 3 and 4 are good. any thoughts before I put in a trouble ticket? Using Windows 10

Is this issue a result of a Windows update ? Check the labels on your DAX audio devices in Windows device manager. You will probably find they dont match. There is documentation on this forum to correct your issue.

Tim from flex connected this afternoon to my pc and sorted out my dax issue Once again flex proves their customer support is second to none. Thanks flex and thanks Tim
