when trying to log into the help desk and the community it fails to let me log in, I can however log into with internet explore, any suggestions or ideas, thanks in advance

    Microsoft Edge has been working well for me since it was introduced, including the Flex login sites.
    I haven't a clue why it would not work for you also.
