The menu on my windows v3 of smartsdr that has the tx, p/cw, phne, rx, eq and oth has disappeared.

The menu on my windows v3 of smartsdr that has the tx, p/cw, phne, rx, eq and oth has disappeared. What did I turn off to make it goes away?
