    Yes, you can use your PC headset.  Can be a direct one with 1/8" type plug or one of the USB headsets.  I have tried both with 6400 and they work great. I use a remote laptop connected over internet via SmartLink. Also, you can go into Windows "Sound Settings" to change default and other sound settings for microphone and speakers/headphones as well. dan

    ok thanks Dan that helps me a lot and im a flex user with the 1500 but sadly it has problems and im not going to repair it still a good reciver though! 73...Dale
