I ordered my flexradio 6400 October 3, 2018 in FRANCE and received in November, I want to update smarsdr and I am asked to pay, I do not understand I thought I had the free version how to solve this problem

    Open a support ticket with Flex. No community user here can solve this for you.

     since your in France call or Email who'm sold it to you, you can also call sales with your invoice in hand or email them at sales@flexradio.com, they may be able to help you. 
    Probably have to wait until Monday now.
