SSDR 3.X will not open on Computer.

When I launch SSDR 3.X DAX opens Smart Cat opens. SSDR does not open. 
Not connecting via any other method when I try and launch SSDR 
Radio is on. Audio is coming out speakers. 
"Can not connect to same radio as computer" is the error message
I've never set up smart link ever. 
Maestro works perfectly other than erroneous network diagnostics when I connect using it.

    Steven, it sounds like another instance of SSDR may be running on your PC for some reason.  Press CTRL+ALT+ESC, and close any instances of SSDR.

    Helps when you turn your additional monitor on! Windows remembered where I last put SSDR. Open big as day full screen. I'm flushed I'm so embarrassed sorry for the noise.
