These are the correct entries, in control panel delete the incorrect entries and reinstall DAX.
    Hope this helps.

Don, you could also rename the badly named IQ entries. If the second part in parentheses has “DAX IQ” in the name, it should be “DAX IQ Rx n”, not “DAX Audio Rx n”., and “DAX RESERVED IQ RX n”, not “DAX RESERVED AUDIO RX n”. Then choose the correct entry for your IQ channel - you will know it is IQ not Audio.

The correct name for each device is displayed at the top of the levels tab for each device, when displayed by the Sound control panel that's a right click option on the speaker icon in the system tray.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
