Steve Hicks - something for you to play with hi hi

This is insane!!   On a single chip (17mm x 17mm)!!  GSPS ->
Giga samples per sec   Not cheap $1800 per chip but this is where technology is moving!  And Kenwood, Yaesu & Elecraft are still not selling direct sampling radios.

ADC: 3 GSPS
DAC: 9 GSPS
2 or 4 TRX channels
rx/tx up to 1.2GHz (or 800MHz depending on chip PN) on each channel/antenna

    Possibly they will use it in their commercial products? When it gets down to $400.00 look out world. Flex 7800?
