How do I change the channels on 60 meters

I can't change channels on 60 meters. I'm locked on channel 5 (5.403.5).
I've tried dragging it and using the flex control knob but it stays on channel 5. 
I'm on USB and my bandwidth is 2.7 khz. I've read other posts related to this
but nothing works. Can someone help?
