    No. To do SO2R, you must be able to receive on one radio while transmitting on the other. The 6500 cannot do this, since it has only a single SCU. The 6600 and 6700 have dual SCUs and both can do SO2R.

    Some of us have called it "Enhanced SO2V" mode.  If both bands share a single RX antenna separate from the TX antenna, you can do full duplex on two different bands, but the antenna switching is complicated if you are using more than one TX antenna.

    Since it only has a single SCU, you cannot receive from two different antennas at the same time.

    It is still better than most single rig operations.

    But for FULL SO2R, you will need a 6600 or 6700.
