Flex 5000 Primary Receiver

I have a Flex 5000 with the second receiver. Tonight turned the radio and no signals on any band on any antenna. Seems to transmit but no receive. Turned on RX2 selected the antenna and all kinds of signals. Did a database reset same results. Any suggestion other than RX1 is shot?
