Digital Voice mode of commercials twelp

Hi folks,
commercials like Codan and Barrett using digital voice vocoders in their radios.
A amazing Video of the quality you can find at Barrett 4050. They are using Twelp, a vocoder developed from DSP Innovations. http://twelp.pro/
There is also a demonstration with 300bps on youtube:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZavdUdsD2cA
My idea is to implement those amazing digital voice vocoder in Flex-6xxx. It ́s much better than freedv. Because of license payments for the vocoder this option could not be for free. But I think as an option to buy it would be very interesting for many HAM ́s.
What do you think about?
