flex 6700 no longer shows as being present in smartsdr

for several years my 6700 was showing up properly in smartsdr on a computer located near the radio or on an Ipad some distance away. a day or two ago it stopped showing up. I'm able to ping the IP address of the radio though. I've logged a support call but thought I would ask here as well.

    Acouple updates ago a change was made. What was needed was to un regester then re regester your radio, I think that should get you fixed up.

    I'm sorry I thought you were using Smart Link? When you log in you can access your acount and un register your radio.
