Is it really necessary to ask?

In the "SPOT" menu if you want to clear spots one must click on the CLEAR SPOT tab but then another windows wants a confirmation.
Is that window really needed?

    But really there is no need to keep going to that menu unless are wanting to clear them , right?

    I think it is the Belt and suspenders concept. Some wear belts, some wear suspenders, and some wear both. 8^)

    Are you guys getting to lazy to operate the software. this is the thing about all software, you can't please everyone.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
