Random noise on 6400M on 40 meters

I have a very wide signal on 40m that wonders around randomly. This signal stays the same with or without the ant connected.Tonight I shut down the flex and rebooted and the signal was gone.
I am currently running version 2.3.9.43
Anyone have a similar problem?

    Is your radio up for the PEN update? see if it is.

    Sounds like switching power supply noise. Can you post a screenshot to confirm?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
