I'd be happy if the ANF worked as good as it does in my 7300. James

I agree, the 6400M ANF is a bit disappointing compared to my ICOM IC-7700.

I wonder if they could apply the TNF filter using a detection algorithm that would work only in the passband being used. It would detect the inband tone(s) and apply the filter and adjust those filters in depth and width to deal with those in band interfering signals. Pat

The TNF on SmartSDR works great once you start using it. It is not automatic but you can have multiple notches avtive at once. I agree the ANF needs work. Dave wo2x

Being a new Flex owner I am still learning, more than most, I'm sure.  I was surprised to learn that mic settings; DX and DX+ are using CESSB (Controlled Envelope SSB) and thus giving my signal a 2.5dB boost, without Splatter!  Pretty cool!   And I'm glad to know the new software will be v2.2 and not v3 which may cost me.

I hope if it starts the coffee that it supports K-Cups :-)

I'll be happy if it will simply call home reliably (On going SmartLink fragmented packet issue).

I think you'll find that Flex is most generous and non-abusive with the licensing thing.  What other company goes into a death march to fix problems introduced by Microsoft?  We get more than we pay for, believe me!

I have a dozen other software packages on my PC, including audio drivers for Icom, Kenwood, RemoteRig, Bria VOIP, & many others. Why is it that Flex DAX is the only one that a Windows update breaks?

HDSDR software to drive my ICOM IC-R8600 also BROKE with the Windows 10 update,, My HRD software went into Auto Fix mode and re-loaded the Audio Codex when I booted up the software, then it was back to working OK..  I am seeing a lot of folks with issues across many different forums and software.. My Satellite Software for my ICom IC-9100 needed to be un-installed and re-installed to get it to start working again...  This Windows 10 is by far the worse upgrade I have seen in quite a while...

HDSDR used here with a Persius & an SDRIQ has only been troubled only once by a Windows update. Otherwise it hasn't missed a beat through updates from WIN7 through WIN10 build 1803. The one exception was the update to build 1703 & the problem was minor. If I switched from the local monitor to Remote Desktop or back, the waterfall would go nuts forcing me to restart HDSDR, but it still worked fine after the restart. Build 1709 resolved that one exception. Other than that, DAX is still the only thing on several machines that I fear when a Windows update is pending. To me, the problem seems to be one that has been successfully dealt with by most other software authors.

quite a few users of Virtual Audio Cable had problems as well.

My Dell XPS 15 laptop had the sound enumeration trashed where it would not detect when I plugged in a headset, thus would not detect the external mic. I rolled back.
