flex 5000a xvtr power out ?

Can someone please tell me the power out in the xvtr setup , you can choose 0 to 100 but what does that mean ??..is it 0 to 100 mw ? .. searched and searched the web and can not find an answer.. many thanks.

It is 0 to 100 percent of the power set on the xvtr panel. So if you have 12db set which is 8mw and have 50% set your power out is 4mw.0
