It might, If it doesn't, have you ever heard of something called pilot error? It's just a theory, no evidence of it seen personally, yet. But I think it's a possibility at least. Something I try to avoid at all cost. But stuff happens. I get past it somehow. If I could pin it all down, I might write a How-To someday. Seriously, I'd need more information first.
