Maestro knob problem

Unbalanced Maestro Tuning Knob. Completed the knob fix in about 5 minutes. What a difference in its operation. Thanks Flex for another great customer service event.

    I find your statement very confusing. Did Flex fix the unbalanced knob or did they supply you with the information to adjust the balance of the knob?

    Fill us in on your knob fix Bob.  What was involved?

    Pull the rubber  tire off, loosen the knob set ****, remove the knob, flip it over put the supplied nut in the hole. Tape it down with the supplied tape. Reinstall and enjoy a balanced knob. All tools are supplied. Total time less than five minutes.

    Thanks for the details. I have been fighting this for over a year and was thinking there must be a friction adjustment. Once I realized it was balance, easily solved with junk box items.

    I just recently installed this as well.  Didn't realize how much the unbalanced knob was bothering me until I fixed it.
