Smartsdr login need to use firefox

My work workstation is forced to use ie by security policy. Need Smartsdr login need to use firefox since I has been locked down.

    Since SmartSDR is a WIndows .NET app, we have to use the browser infrastructure that comes default with the OS, so Edge (IE) it is.
