FLex Radio 6300 with Microham MK2 for AFSK mode

I have a MicroHam MK2 and she run very well in my Flex 6300 in the Phone and CW mode but don’t have succeed to setup for the AFSK mode. Please, anyone use this machine and can help me? Thank you.

    What does not work when doing AFSK ?  Is PTT working ?

    Hi Felice

    I'm not sure what your AFSK mode problem is & I'm afraid I don't understand why you are using a MicroHam MK2?

    You don't need an interface like the MicroHam with the Flex 6000 series radios as I do AFSK RTTY using the Flex RTTY mode & I do PSK using the Flex DIGU mode, both using software like MMVARI or MMTTY or FLGIGI etc

    Hi Ray, I want to use the interface becouse don't like to go with the mouse in some window as FLDIGI or similiary, . With the MK2 I push 1 key and go!

    Ray, check MicroHam site, check MK2R and what function this device has. Then you will remove  you comment:

    How do you operate SO2R mode, how do you manage PTT  of 2 radio (only one TRX at any time), how do you manage audio output of 2 TRX on your headphone

    ... and the MK2 work also in SSB, CW, ....

    Chris, ..... Felice asked about setting up AFSK .

    He did not ask about SO2R nor about the MK2R!

    I stand by my comments, you do not need to use the MK2 to generate AFSK using a Flex 6000 series rig.

    By the way I do own & use an MK2 with my K3 as an interface for digital modes but I do not do SO2R

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
