error codes on 6700

Has any one experience the following error codes on there FLEX 6700:

PSL 3V3 295 AND PSH 5V3 574. Any input appreciated,

also while doing a Hard Reset, my 6700 Times Out.

I put in a help ticket already with more issues too.

    Anytime you experience a hardware issue and receive these types of error codes, you should open a HelpDesk support ticket.

    The radio has multiple voltage rails each regulated by a dedicated voltage regulator.  The errors above indicate that the 3.3V rail is in an under-voltage condition and the 5.3V rail is in an over-voltage condition.  

    Why this is happening needs to be investigated, hence the request to open a HelpDesk ticket.  Thanks for doing so.

    Few user serviceable parts. Almost everything is done by software.
