v1.10.8 beta looking good ...

Gary L. RobinsonGary L. Robinson Member ✭✭
On my 6300 (Windows 10) it was a smooth and uneventful install for the v1.10.8 beta.  I have not seen any problems after a few hours of operation.  I am anxious to see if the DStar fix mentioned in the beta release notes solves the problems I have had with my DStar DV dongle - but it is on loan to a friend so I will have to wait a while to find out.

Anyhow ..... looking good so far.

Gary - I've been considering order the DStar Dongle for my Flex.  Looking forward to hearing your DStar test results with V1.10.8.

I upgraded mine from over a 1000 miles away. Worked fine. My only problem is that my wan connection is limited to 2mbit.

The USB interface is fantastic! The USB interface instructions are down-loaded in PDF format. I set my SteppIR box to 9600 baud, Kenwood format and the antenna tracking works perfectly. Nice to not need DDutil anymore. The more my 6500 stands alone the more I love it! Thank you Mr. Flex!

I also had a smooth upgrade.  I have not tried my ThumbDV lately, no one around to work.
