Neither of my amplifiers working after I installed ddutil (and then unintalled it)

This may be a bit complicated, but I have a 6700 running 1.9.9.   I also have a Maestro available.   I have been successfully running my system through my W2IHY 3x4 and 1x4 switches to let my 6700 power either my preferred SPE 1.3k amplifier or my alpha 9500 amp going in to my Mosely Pro 67.   I have had no problems.   However when I tried to utilize HRD logbook, I read that it would work better if I used DDUTIL and so I downloaded it and installed it.  Unfortuately, ever since, my 6700 works great, except NEITHER amplifier is able to be "keyed" up to produce more than the 100 watts from my 6700.   Interestingly, I then uninstalled DDUTIL and tried everything from checking all my connections to all my W2IHY switches which are working and correct and everything works fine, but neither amplifier produces any amplification or power.   My alpha 9500 shows the 15 tuning watts but will not produce any power, and my SPE 1.3K doesn't even "see" the 15 watts of excitation tuning power.   Same results running through my Maestro.
I am at a loss.   I really doubt this is a problem with the W2IHY 3x4/1x4 switching equipment because everything was working fine until I installed the DDUTIL, but I can't get my amps to work even though I uninstalled DDUTIL and confirmed every file gone as well as reinstalled my SmartSDR.   I suppose I can do a hard factory reboot/reset of my 6700?   I need some help?
Thanks everyone!

In DDUTIL, Is the upper row of buttons 4th one from the left say "STBY" Yellow, or  "OPER" Green?
should be "OPER" or Green to key the AMP

I've seen something like this when using DDUtil.  For some reason, DDUtil will change the RCA TX1 setting to Disabled, which disables the key out signal to the amp.  This is in Settings, Radio Setup, TX tab.

That's what happened I think.  But either way I fixed it by doing the "hard reset" of the radio.  Now everyting works, but I can't find my global profiles, that I know I had saved.   I can't locate them on my hard drive.?!

Did you "EXPORT" them to a separate directory and not the default that SmartSDR uses?
Just saving them wont be left behind if there not exported.

Next Time SDR Go to settings, Radio Set up, TX and turn on the proper RCA TX DDUTIL adjust those automatically.

Very good advice. Especially since I think I need ddutil to help me run HRD

I also learned that exporting global profiles is an active active not passive.
