TX, MIC, and RX Streams

Member

Is there a stream that combines both the TX and RX audio?

Power SDR allows for recording both sides of a QSO.  Smart SDR doesn't do that except in  the internal quick recorder.  Is there a means to combine the TX and RX audio streams so both transmit and receive audio can be recorded simultaneously to an external storage device?  I can't find any reference to this when searching the community.  Or is the ability to record to the computer's hard drive on the list of upcoming features?

It is slated to be a future feature.  In the mean time...

Pipe the audio out via DAX and use something like Audacity to record it

You can try to direct the' Mic Stream' or 'TX Stream' to a 'listen to' device in the windows device manager..

Tim.  You can record either the TX or the RX stream, but not both unless you know of a software mixer that will combine both streams?  Recording only half of the conversation isn't very useful.
