well, its not for dummies and covers setup to include SO2R but I think all you need is in this doc

    http://www.flexradio.com/downloads/using_n1mm_logger_with_smartsdr-pdf/

feel free to reply if you need further setup assistance.

The N1MM web site has amazing documentation as well.  Rich VE3KI authors most of it.

    George,

I'm currently using N1MM with my 6500.  I'll send screen shots of my N1MM, CAT, and DAX configurations via your QRZ email address.  I don't have the N1MM voice.wav files set up, but that shouldn't be a big deal after everything else is working

They are on their way in 2 separate emails.  One for the CAT and the other for N1MM Configuration.

About 10 months ago John, AD6NR, asked this same question and I put together a small tutorial to setup N1MM voice keyer. (BTW John never even took the time to reply to his own question....)
Here it is the thread. It might have what you are looking for George & Jorge.

The only difference between that tutorial and today's version of SmartSDR is that you don't need to connect your Mic directly in the computer and you can actually redirect the Mic audio from the Flex Radio into the PC by selecting turning ON "Mic Stream" on SmartSDR DAX

and selecting "DAX MIC Audio" as the input audio source in N1MM.
