Flex 5000a sdr installer update error. Please help

Hi guys trying to setup flex 5000a. Installed the sdr v2.3.5 power sdr installer. Gone through the motions. At the end it says LOOKED FOR v2.0.15.10 and found v2.1.3.9 WOULD YOU LIKE TO UPDATE FIRMWARE NOW. Then the error external component has thrown an exception At powerSDR. Pal.readOp(opcode Ulnt32 data1, Ulnt32 data2, Ulnt32 & run At powerSDR. Console.loadFWCFirmware string version. At powerSDR. Console.InitRadio0 At powerSDR. Console.ctor string arts At powerSDR. Console.Main string arts . Please can someone guide through best installation. Many thanks Andyimageimageimage

    Andy, the newest PowerSDR for the Flex5K is 2.7.2, not 2.3.5. What is your OS?

    Andy you need to down load software for you Flex  from this site

    A fellow has been updating the software on his own Flex stop updated this soft ware  when they came out with the 6000 series.

    This error indicates a failure for the PowerSDR software to properly communicate with the radio hardware via the Firewire connection.

    I have changed this post to a problem topic and converted this topic to a support HelpDesk ticket (http://helpdesk.flexradio.com) for expedited issue resolution.  If anyone else is experiencing an issue similar to this one, please submit a HelpDesk support ticket for issue resolution.

    I have also seen the first error screen capture 2 days ago when I reinstalled PowerSDR for my FLEX5000, I hit OK and everything finished installing and run fine with the radio so this is not a isolated error but may be a hardware error. 
    I have ran the FLEX5000 since 2008 on several different computers so I guess I may need to change the Ethernet card and / or cable out and hope it's not the Radio.
    This was after a full Reset and reinstall of the software. 

    Running WIN7 64K

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
