Apache Labs ANAN-200D a competitor?

My thought is that the AGC kicks in with a different slope or set point or some other control variable as you pass 500hz. From that graph clearly a "gain" switch got turned on or off.
This graph demonstrates my complaint. A really magical complex NR routine when subjected to a simple minded "test" acts oddly and that will become the narrative. All noise blankers will then subjugate themselves to making their nb performance to give "good looking curves" in the ARRL lab so the manufacturer can grab bragging rights, instead of making nb with magical responses. Most manufacturers don't give a **** about real performance they just want to sell radios

W3DCB: Your post is unfair and inaccurate. Just by virtue of your contemptuous remark comparing the competing Anan to a soda can displays you emotional prejudice. The newer Anan 200D provides serious competition to the 6700 and at a far lower price point. Competition is good. Very good. It promotes technology development and its evolution while driving prices down.1

What planet are you in Sky?
The Anan radios are not even in the same class...
The Anan 200D HPDSR can not even be compared to a Flex-5000 PDSR series radio. Never-the-less compared to the new SmartSDR Flex-6x000 series radio.
The Anan is a nice hobby radio. Finally, the Anan 200D requires aligning the transmit power into a dummy!
Be inform when making such a ridiculous statements.
Oh, by the way you misquoted me or perhaps you do not know the difference between a tube or a crystal radio either!0
