PowerSDR 2.7.2 doesn't always open

Often, when I start PowerSDR, the blue square with the progress bar showing the Flex is starting, doesn't appear.  If I click on the PowerSDR icon to start the program again, it indicates the program is already running and that is confirmed in task manager.  The only thing solution is to restart the PC and most times, all is well.

Software - PowerSDR 2.7.2
Radio - Flex5000A - Firmware 2.1.3.9
Computer - AMD 6-Core 3.5 GHz with 16 meg RAM
OS - Windows 10 (free upgrade from 8.1)

Not sure what other specs are needed, but hopefully, someone has a suggestion.  I considered saving the configuration, deleting PowerSDR and starting over, but that seemed rather drastic.
Any ideas?

    Uninstall it, reboot then reinstall it and all will be well.

    Thanks Neal. That's what I thought.  BTW, the PC above was built gleaning info from your site.  My original PC was built when you still were able to provide component lists before people ruined that.  This one is FAST...love having an SSD.   73, Mike KF9AF

    BTW, the PC has 16 GB RAM, not MB.  OOps.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
