Has anyone tried to change the TX relay with Pin Diodes on a FLEX 3000 Any input  please I like to run QSK  and the relay chattering is annoying!

    When I had my F3K, I used a good headset for CW. I never noticed the relay noise. I suspect that getting a good over the ear set of headphones would solve your problem. An aviation headset will work wonders. I dont think that you will want to mess with the circuitry of the F3K...very risky...
