The 1511 update was 4GB in size, It would have been called SP1 in the past, it
was not a small incremental update0 -
Win 10 is so much less tweakable than 7 that I am staying with Win 7 for the foreseeable future. I do have Win 10 installed, but only just to see what it is about. I have not used it in anger and have not installed much third party software.
