No rf out with WSJT-X and SmartSDR 1.5

WSJT-X receives normally. On WSJT-X transmit or Tune DAX TX Gain is normal. Level on the SmartSDR Screen is also normal, but there is no rf output. PTT functions normally with SmartSDR CAT.
Multiple re-downloads and re-installation of ver 1.5 with hard reboots of Flex 6700 and restarts of PC after uninstalling ver 1.5 have not corrected problem. I attempted to reinstall ver 1.4.16, but it no longer recognizes the Flex 6700 and the radio screen on the SmartSDR screen is blank. On the initial installation of ver 1.5, the firmware update on the Flex 6700 appeared to be normal.
My PC has 8 core AMD cpu, 32 gig memory, 256 gig SSD, Windows 7 professional.
WSJT-X was working fine both receive and transmit with ver 1.4.16 prior to installation of ver 1.5.

Double check the DAX button is lit on the TX panel, and that the DAX control panel button to enable that channel is also lit. Also confirm that you don't have any ghost devices in Windows Device Manager (show hidden devices). Running WSJT-X smoothly here with my 6500.2

I have been bitten by that as well. Double check.1

I have a bad habit of forgetting to click on the "TX" ICON for the correct slice.1

One other thing to check... Is the TX bandwidth wide enough to include the JT tone frequencies ?

Dear Al,
Thanks so much for the tip. The problem is resolved after increasing the High Cut frequency to allow for JT9 transmission.
Also, many thanks to the other Flexers who offered comments and suggestions.
Sometimes, such an overlooked small detail can be so confounding and frustrating.
Now I can try out the other improvements offered by version 1.5

Jim. You are not alone. I've also had this happen with JT9 (which commonly utilizes the higher audio frequencies). Setting a wide JT transmit profile and remembering to recall it helps.1
